Sara is a favorite Club Industry presenter, a frequent IHRSA presenter and has led countless Group Fitness for Profit Seminars at such events as IDEA, Can-Fit Pro, DCAC as well as over a dozen international events throughout the world. She was selected as a 2005 and 2006 Ronald Reagan Gold Medal winner distinguishing her as a business leader who has contributed to the economic health of her community. In 2006, she received the Illinois state honor as Business Woman of the year. Currently, Sara is the CEO of SCW Fitness Education and the COO of Les Mills Midwest. She is a licensed attorney who graduated from Washington University School of Law, and completed undergraduate work from Cambridge University in England. She appears frequently on CNN as a Health and Fitness Expert, is a former adjunct faculty member for the Kenneth Cooper Institute for Aerobic Research, a lecturer for the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Association of Sports Medicine, and the proud recipient of AEA’s Global Award for Contribution to the Aquatic Industry. Sara is a fitness editor for Oxygen Magazine and shares her wealth of knowledge regarding group exercise to thousands monthly.

Sal Pellegrino

Sal joins Les Mills from Precor Inc., where he was national account manager for 11 years. Previously, he was East Coast sales manager for equipment supplier Stairmaster for 13 years and also owned and operated two clubs in New York. He focuses on developing relationships with national accounts, as well as working closely with Les Mills' U.S. agents to provide leadership and strategic direction.

Alan B. Roth, ESQ

Al has presented all over the nation for the Small Business Administration, the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies, Continuing Legal Education International, Incremental Advantage, Capital Round Table, the Atlantic Mezzanine Conference, the Illinois Venture Capital Association, and the National Venture Capital Association, Alan B. Roth, Esq. is a recognized expert in the field of finance and business management, and is the CFO of Les Mills Midwest and SCW Fitness Education.

Craig Bradley, MBA

Craig Bradley, MBA has a wealth of international experience both in his education from the University of Surrey in London and his MBA from Loyola University to his career. During his 10 year tenor with Holmes Place, an upscale health club market leader, Craig held a number of crucial roles including Regional Director across new markets in London, Vienna, and Chicago and Sales Director. Craig was a Vice President with Power Plate and currently shares his passion and expertise as Vice President of Business Development for Les Mills Midwest.

Erin Kelly

Erin Kelly’s 20-year career is anchored in service to the fitness industry, working with such world-renowned organizations as Brick Bodies, Star Trac, Nautilus, and now Les Mills. Currently, Ms. Kelly is a part of the Les Mills management team and assumes the daily leadership of the Les Mills Mid-Atlantic Agency, while partnering with close to 100 Gold’s Gyms in providing group exercise programming and consultancy services. In 2007, under Ms. Kelly’s leadership the Les Mills Mid-Atlantic agency was recognized as the fastest growing Les Mills agency in the world and the agency remains a top performer and has gained international accolades for its innovations and business efficiency.

Prior to joining Les Mills, Ms. Kelly was a manager for Brick Bodies in Maryland for over ten years. During her management tenure, Brick Bodies grew from one location to six locations. In addition to her managerial roles, Ms. Kelly has been an international presenter and trainer and has been a group fitness instructor for over 17 years. Ms. Kelly earned her B.S. degree from the University of Maryland.

Lori Lowell

Lori Lowell is the former National Group Fitness Director for Gold’s Gym International where she oversaw 65 Corporate owned Gold’s Gyms. Lori presently owns 5 fi tness facilities in Northern Virginia and Wisconsin and is President and owner of Group Fitness Solutions. She specializes in Group Fitness and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the fitness industry. As a national presenter for BODYFLOW®, Lori continues to deliver group fitness programming.
